To bridge the talent gap in the BPO industry, Naipunya, a division of the DeepTech Naipunya Foundation (a Section 8 Company), has joined hands with Skill Development Institute (SDI) Visakhapatnam , a premium Govt. Institute affiliated & Accredited by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India (MoSDE), Managed by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a Maharatna Central Public Undertaking under MoP&NG, Government of India. SDI-Visakhapatnam is establishing a mega state-of-the-art training facility near the RTC complex, Dwarakanagar in Visakhapatnam, which will be opened soon.
SDI will host an exclusive training program IT/ITeS Employability Skills Training(ITEST) for BPM companies, featuring a common curriculum customised by the ITeS industry.
